Every door leads to the same room.
Look at your life right now. The argument you keep having. The person you keep choosing. The thing you keep doing that you can't stop doing.
It looks like a coincidence. It isn't.
Underneath every one of them there is the same theme. A way you show up that was decided for you when you were too young to decide it yourself. THE MECHANISM A specific belief, formed around a specific event, in a house you have already grown out of.
And sometimes it goes one generation deeper than you think. Because the person who was supposed to protect you was carrying a wound that was never seen. And a wound that is never seen cannot be put down.
"The lock on the room was never the person who hurt you. It was the one who was supposed to protect you, and could not, without seeing themselves."
This is a map. You can walk in from any door. The room is the same.
Walk a loop.
Pick the door you walked in from. Then trace the loop, step by step. Each step is a place where you can stop and look. You don't have to feel all of it. You just have to see it.
The wound changes shape. It does not leave.
Sometimes the loop does not begin with something that happened to you. It begins with something that happened to the one before you, and the shape it takes on its way to you is the shape of their pain.
THE MECHANISM A parent who was hurt, and never processed it, shows up with you in one of four ways. None of them are on purpose. All of them are effective. Tap one.
"My mother never told me this. But I believe she went through some serious sexual abuse when she was younger. I believe that, because of that, she had a lot of shame around it, and it was something that wasn't spoken."
"Her ability to see it happening in me almost led her to turn a subconscious blind eye to my experience. And it continued to persist. It was not something she did on purpose. It was just something she didn't want to face, because she couldn't face it herself."
"Facing it in me meant she was basically reliving it. And that would re-traumatize her."

The body keeps score.
The mind can forget what the body remembers. The loop is not only a story you tell. It is a place you live.
When you trace a loop, notice what the body does. A tightening in the jaw. A knot under the ribs. A hand that goes to the chest without being asked. YOUR EXPERIMENT That is not a symptom. That is a location.
CLASS PAGE, VERBATIM "The same body-location practice Sean uses every morning." This is that practice, mapped. It is the same body work the Resonant Body dossier walks through in full.
Tap a place on the body.
Or trace a loop above and go check the place it names. If the place matches, you have a location. A location can be visited. What you can visit, you can meet.
Hold a different frequency.
Once a parent becomes aware of what happened to them, or to their parent, they can hold a different frequency, and the trauma drops.
THE MECHANISM Not by fighting it. By changing what you are holding while it is there. The loop keeps its rhythm until the hand that holds it changes the frequency.
Put your finger on the circle. Breathe with the ring: four counts in, four counts held, four counts out. Hold it for two full breaths. Say the words. Or don't say them. Let the body do the talking.
No door chosen. You can still hold the frequency.
"I am seen. The one who loves me is not the one who hid me. My pain is real, and it is mine to set down."
Press and hold the circle. Two full breaths.
"Not the event. The rhythm." SEAN'S WORDS
Take it into the room.
This page is a framework. It was built to be presented live, one person or one group, with the other person doing the talking and you holding the map.
- 2 minThe room. Set the premise. Let it land. Don't explain it.
- 5 minThe door. Ask them to pick the door they walked in from. If none fit, say: pick the one that made your body move.
- 10 minThe trace. Walk the loop node by node, out loud. Their answers are the work. Never their answers are yours.
- 5 minThe body. Ask them where it lives. Don't interpret. Let them find the location.
- 10 minThe hold. Hold the frequency together. Breathe in unison. Say the words out loud. Then be quiet.
Open Present Mode from the button up top, or press P. The whole map becomes a guided walkthrough with speaker notes on every step. That is the framework. The room is theirs.
Thank you, and I love you.
